Q. Can I visit the Library as an external reader, SCONUL member, or a member of the public?
Yes. Visitors are welcome to use the library. You will need to show some photographic identification and fill out a short form for us so that we can issue you with a day pass. Day passes can be obtained from the Reception Desk whenever the building is open.
External Membership of the University Library is free of charge, and available to those who are over 16 and who are not staff or students of the University. To become an External member please visit the External Member page which includes the online application form. You will be asked to email a jpeg format photo. In order to collect your External member card, you will need photographic ID.
