Yes, you can apply for access to other University Libraries under the SCONUL scheme. SCONUL Access is a scheme which allows many university library users to borrow or use books and journals at other libraries belonging to the scheme. It is the largest borrowing and reference scheme in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
