Q. I am having problems accessing Moodle through the new 2-Factor authentication system. Can you help?


Following an introduction of the 2-factor authentication for Moodle, you may be getting an "unable to authenticate" message when trying to log in.

Please be assured that Information Services Team are investigating this issue with the highest priority.

The Information Service Team have found a workaround allowing you to log in by clearing the cookies for the site or by clearing your browsing data. Here are some helpful articles on how to clear the browser cache for the most popular browsers:
