Q. How do I access LSEG Workspace?
This product is on a virtual machine so sometimes takes a while to load, please be patient. Remember that there is only one licence so if someone else is using the product, you will need to try again later.
1. Access LSEG workspace and choose Apps on the left-hand side. You will see LSEG workspace listed (if the link defaults you to the Devices tab instead you need to change this).

If you do not see it listed, please raise a Hornbill Ticket as you are likely not in the correct “group” (this is most common for academic staff).
2. Click through to access.
3. Select all the options you want and choose Connect.

4. Wait for the login box to load.

a. If the licence shows as already in use (student1) continue by clicking on Sign In (there is no one else in the product but the machine has a cache).

b. If it shows as Disconnected, someone else is using the licence so please try again later.

5. Excel will open at the same time with the Workspace add-in connected.

6. When you have finished, sign out of LSEG Workspace and sign out of the virtual machine (screenshots below).
